Delivery & Payment
- Credit/Debit cards via PayPal or Cash for local pick-ups.
- Free Shipping on orders over $75.00 (excluded handcrafted wood items, including but not limited to dog beds, feeders, doll furniture, etc.)
- Shipping charges for handcrafted wood items will be calculated at time of shipping and a seperate invoice will be sent through paypal for payment. You have 5 days to pay for shipping charges or your order will be cancelled.
- All of our items are insured for the full amount through the shipping couriers we utilize. We ship most items via USPS, but our large dog beds often exceed the allowable dimensions and therefore must be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
- Production times are approximately 14-21 business days for handcrafted items but check under each item for updated production times. Production time is the number of days from when we receive the order to when the order is ready to ship. Production times are calculated by BUSINESS DAYS only, which do not include weekends or US holidays. We try to get items out sooner if possible, but please understand that these unique handcrafted items take time to build and we are dedicated to ensuring quality first and foremost.
- Not all items on this site are stocked. If items have to be ordered please allow time for distributor to drop ship directly to your address or for our shop to receive it and then ship it to your address. We will inform you if items have to be ordered, received and then shipped to you.
- If you need an item sooner than the typical production time, please message us before ordering to determine if we can accommodate your request. In some cases, we may be able to offer you a rush order at your expense, while sometimes we may be able to accommodate your request without an additional cost. If you do not wish to pay an additional fee for a rush order, your patience is greatly appreciated for normal turnaround time.
- Even though we do get our items out in due time, we cannot control how quickly USPS, UPS or FedEx gets the package to you.The couriers do not guarantee delivery dates. If requested, we can advise you of the anticipated delivery date provided by the courier when we purchase the label, but again the actual delivery date is beyond our control, especially during high volume times of the year such as the holiday season. We appreciate your understanding.
- We can arrange pick up for no cost or local delivery in Slidell and surrounding areas within a 25 mile radius for 35 cents per mile instead of shipping the items to you if preferred.
- WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is cost prohibitive for us to do so.
- We not only like to repurpose pallets, but also shipping materials. We promote reusing and recycling items, so of course we try to reuse corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, and other packaging materials when shipping items to our customers. Sometimes being green may mean we have to use boxes with writing on them or cut them to fit your items, so we appreciate you understanding the visual appearance of the box is not a reflection of the beautifully handcrafted item inside of it! :-)
- We provide tracking information for all items we ship. We ship items to the address provided via Paypal, so please ensure you've provided an accurate address that the courier can deliver your item to. Once we have shipped the package, it is your responsibility to make sure it has a safe place to be delivered. If you'd like to add signature confirmation to your item to ensure it is not left alone if you're not present during delivery, please request this in a note to seller at checkout. Signature confirmation will not be added unless you request it.
- If a package is lost during shipping, we will replace it once the appropriate time has passed and USPS, UPS or Fedex cannot confirm its location. If a package shows delivered and your local post office confirms it was delivered but you did not receive it, you will have to file a police report for theft of your item. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you, but mail theft is a felony and should not be taken lightly, and it is also not the fault of our shop so we will not incur the expense of replacing the item for you.
- In the unfortunate event that there are damages done throughout the shipping process, it will be your responsibility to take pictures immediately while still in the box if possible and send to us so we can file a claim. All of our items are insured through the courier in which it was shipped through. We will file the insurance claim upon receiving the pictures from you. We will quickly and efficiently file the claim, and will replace the damaged item at no additional cost once the claim is processed.
- Oders returned as RETURN TO SENDER or refused upon delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee and deduction of shipping charges paid with custom orders receiving no refund.
- Orders returned as undeliverable address will incur additional shipping fees to be re-shipped or a 20% restocking fee and deduction of shipping charges originally paid to cancel the order with custom orders receiving no refund.
